For my friend's birthday celebration, Amie set up the healing studio beautifully her props and tucked us in to get ready for our Sound Bath journey. The various sounds and silences in between the instruments escorts one's heart from memory to memory or emotion to emotion to observe one's own heart, mind and body in a safe space. Each person's experience was incredible resulting from emotional releases to spiritual healing. I am so grateful that Amie brought a group of friends closer to each other in a meaningful and spiritual way!

My time at Rootlove was truly a wonderful and powerful experience that filled my heart with happiness and my soul with peace. The gracious hosts, Amie and David, provided such caring guidance during my stay and gave me the opportunity to concentrate completely on myself through mind, body and soul. The meditations, the sound baths, healthy eating, nature walks along with delving into personal interests such as music and photography, Rootlove lived up to all of my expectations.
Amie and David made sure that I felt safe and secure at Rootlove and with this, I was not scared to feel and express my emotions. I laughed, I cried, I reflected and healed parts of me that I did not know were broken. One of the most memorable parts of Rootlove was being able to interact with a variety of animals, who were all very excited to welcome and support me throughout my stay. The combination of the animal’s healing energy and the serene environment enhances the uniqueness of this healing sanctuary.
Rootlove felt like the warmest hug for my heart, a hug that I didn’t know I needed, and I will be forever grateful for Amie, David, and of course, their animals. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.
